We loved working with Vista Homes. They worked with us to make sure that the plans were just what we wanted. And they were. When it came to selections, they were great to work with. We had an idea of what we wanted, but in some cases it wouldn't have worked out like we had envisioned. They were helpful in helping us to decide on something that would work out better. And if we had any questions or concerns during the whole process, they were quick to respond and help us understand what was going on. We built our first home with Vista Homes. We had an unusual project -- a small lot sold with an existing, engineered plan. Vista was happy to take it on, troubleshooting the technical issues that can only come up when building a new home plan. They were flexible with us and gave us opportunities to modify and continue tailoring and customizing the home as we went along and as the home was built, whereas most builders do not give the opportunity to make customizations and modifications along the way.... Matt & Bryson = BEST team EVER!! They worked with us in discussing all of the ins and outs of building. They were confident and very informative when explaining the process. They know their stuff very well! They both have such an enthusiasm for what they do. They were excited to help us in our build and to ensure that we LOVED our home. I am very indecisive, and was back and forth on a lot of things. They were always so patient, politely listened and then offered suggestions and alternatives to concerns we had. Their communication was top notch! They were always quick to respond to texts and emails, and were willing to do the work to find answers to questions we had about the lot. Our home was built in 9 months. I appreciate their integrity and being easy to work with. So many details and selections are involved when building a home, but they are so great at helping you through each step. We are loving our new home.

We built a custom home through Vista Homes, and overall the process was very smooth. I've built a home before so the process wasn't new, but I do feel like we got a higher quality build than if we would of gone with someone else. We really valued the opportunity to work on our own home....other builders wouldn't let us so that was a big selling point. During the build, if we had a question or concern, it was never more than a hour or two before it was resolved. Great company to work with. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience top to bottom with Vista Homes. Our lender referred us to Vista and two other builders. Out of the gate Vista impressed us. They listened to us, they guiding us, they made us feel proximate even though we were building from out of state. They won us over with their knowledge, professionalism, and care. They both inspired and lived up to the trust given. We love the home! It is well built has the details we wanted, the changes we requested, and the fit and finish we expected in collaborating for a custom home. They worked hard to meet our funding deadlines and get us into the home on our timeline. When I drive around our new valley and see their signs at other construction sites, I think to myself, regarding the new owners, "They are going to love it!"
